I am a licensed mental health counselor, Alcohol and drugs addiction trained counselor, TeleHealth trained, DBT trained counselor, Mental Health Integrative Medicine trained, ART and EMDR trained counselor. I have experience with stress management, relationship issues, Trauma, anxiety, substance addiction, mood disorders, eating disorder, depression, Bipolar, ADHD and behavioral issues.

I can help you to develop insight to your challenges and build up your coping skills. I focus on looking at the person from holistic perspective using mental health integrative medicine methods, using CBT, DBT and mindfulness to get you back on track. Looking forward to help you and provide you with life guidance and coaching.

I am a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern with the state of Florida.

I received my Master's degree in mental health counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

I gained clinical experience working in a residential program for active duty service members and veterans. Prior to gaining my education in mental health counseling, I served for 11 years in the United States Marine Corps.

My experiences encompass working with clients individually and in group settings. I had experience working with individuals seeking help for depression, anxiety, substance abuse, and trauma related to combat and sexual assault.

I received education and training in DBT, CBT, ACT, and ART.
